- Check-in at our
Tulsa Bed
and Breakfast is between 3 PM and 7 PM. Please
call if you will be late. Check out is 11 AM. All
rooms are single or double occupancy
- We accept cash, traveler’s checks, Visa,
MasterCard or
American Express.
- The Oklahoma Bed and Breakfast Inn cannot accommodate children under twelve.
- Pets are at our discretion. There are pets on the
premises.
- This is a Non-smoking Inn. There is a covered outdoor
seating area for our smoking guests.
- A valid credit card or 100% deposit is required to
confirm a reservation.
- Reservations for holidays, special events, or
the whole inn require a minimum of 1 day advance
payment
- Cancellations must be 7 days or more in advance.
Guests will be responsible for payment in full for
cancellations after the 7-day cutoff unless the room
is rebooked. Cancellation fee of $20.00 for
cancellations before the 7 day cutoff.
- Whole Tulsa Lodging reservations must be paid in full 30 days
prior to reservation. No refunds if cancelled after that
date.
- Phone calls taken between 7 AM and 9 PM central daylight
savings time.
- Rates $99-$139.
